Seth Griffin

General Manager/Sales Executive

Mr. Griffin has been building custom computers and installing small business environments since 2002. He has since achieved an Applied Science degree in Network Technology, while minoring in business. With a passion for learning and implementing new technologies, and a broad range of business and technical skills, Seth continues to drive the entire team to find innovative and efficient solutions for our clients.


Sean Taylor

Technical Services Supervisor

As a seasoned professional with years of experience in the information technology field, Mr. Taylor’s expertise in windows desktop, database administration, new system deployment and system architecture is a winning combination for solving our client’s information technology needs. With expertise in process automation, he has assisted clients with developing script based tasks and programs resulting in time saving applications with significant ROI for our clients. Mr. Taylor holds an Associated Degree in Applied Science of Electrical Engineering, and holds several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional.


Jimmy Sansi

Systems Engineer

Mr. Sansi is an experienced systems engineer whose background includes planning, designing, and implementing major Windows server, virtualization, wireless, and network infrastructure projects. As a veteran in the managed service provider space, Mr. Sansi has provided a variety of consulting services, including acting IT manager, architect, and systems engineer, for dozens of businesses. He is also an ERP expert and has provided MS SQL DBA services, business analysis, and Six Sigma project management for medium-size enterprises.  Mr. Sansi has successfully achieved certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)-Servers, Certified Network Associate (CAN), and Comp TIA A+ certification.


Brad Carpenter

Endpoint Support Engineer

With more than 15 years’ experience in providing leadership and IT support for large organizations, Mr. Carpenter is an ITIL Foundation and CompTIA A+ certified professional who has managed thousands of endpoints for large organizations. His expertise is particularly focused in management of Virtual Desktop Images and deployments, software deployment and supporting end users on a Tier 3 level. Brad is passionate about helping end users with their technology issues and greatly enjoys working with people.


Zachary Cupp

Network Engineer

A recent graduate with an Associate of Applied Sciences (AAS) with emphasis on Computer Networking Technology, Mr. Cupp is also a Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) in Route and Switch technology and is currently working on his CCNA certification in Security. He has managed small networks and deployments from end to end, and is experienced with Microsoft Server environments as well as deployment of Ubiquiti bridges, Dell Sonic Walls, and Cisco switching equipment. Zachary is also an experienced AutoCAD user and is practiced in AutoCAD software deployments. He provides Tier 1 support to our end users, ticketing dispatch and hardware and software procurement services.
